We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

Pros: cheap; lightweight; fairly quiet; pushes a lot of air; USB-poweredCons: no variable speed control; power port is on the right side so if your laptop's USB ports are on the left side then you'll have to manuever the cord around; pretty flimsy but I guess as long as it works...Overall: I bought this to put underneath my home stereo as it generates a lot of heat. For that purpose, it works great. I suppose it would be a good laptop cooler as well if you don't mind the lack of a USB hub.

wow...it's so cheap. This cooling is not only working great for my Toshiba laptop but also having those extra usb ports.
